Yeehaa Kiosk Distributorship Programme


A. Business Model

This programme is suitable for experienced entrepreneurs or sales executives (at least 1 year entrepreneurship or sales experience).

An authorized distributor for Yeehaa Kiosk is responsible in maintaining business relationships with Yeehaa Kiosks entrepreneurs, providing business assistance for growth and as the main hub for raw materials. The distributor acts as a mentor to ensure profitability for Yeehaa Kiosk entrepreneurs.

The cost of programme is RM5,000 in which the amount is returned back to the distributor after successfully recruiting and managing distribution of raw materials to kiosk entrepreneurs.

B. Responsibilities

a)      Receive kiosks orders (raw materials), placing orders to KMJ Supplies Sdn Bhd and distribute the raw materials according to stipulated timeline.

b)      Facilitate the kiosks ordering lifecycle.

c)       Aggressively promote and perform marketing functions to recruit more entrepreneurs to become a Yeehaa Kiosk entrepreneur.

d)      Perform mentoring and business support activities to Yeehaa Kiosk entrepreneur.

e)      Communicate and perform “Business Health Check” on each Kiosk every 3 days.

f)       Ensure compliance to operational manual and perform audit control on Kiosks every month.

g)      Actively assist Yeehaa Kiosks entrepreneurs to increase their sales and performance.

h)      Perform preliminary business and market research on a proposed kiosk location or existing kiosk location and recommend action plan and risk mitigation strategies.

D. Cost of Investment and Earnings
  • The cost of programme is RM5,000 in which it would be returned upon successful recruitment and distribution of management to kiosk entrepreneurs.
  • Entrepreneur could a passive income of RM 3,000 a month based on providing services to an allocated number of kiosks.

6% of total purchases made (1 - 10 stalls)

7.5% of total purchases made (11 – 25 stalls)

End of Year Bonus

Startup Costs

>25 = 50% of kiosk cost

25 – 50 = 75% of kiosk cost

>50 = 100% of kiosk cost

Purchases Made Above

>RM100,000 = +1.5% of total purchase amount

>RM500,000 = +3% of total purchase amount

>RM 1,000,000 = +4.5% of total purchase amount


F. Requirements
  • Legal corporate entity (sole proprietorship, partnership or private limited company).
  • (1) directors possess 1-2 years of entrepreneurial / sales experience.
  • Enter into "Agency Contract" with KMJ Supplies Sdn Bhd.
